Hey dumb shit! Samsung tends to rely on open source drivers and codecs, which happen to lack support and are fualty!
Live the dream, get any camera, but a Samsung!

I almost got this camera, I had the guy at best buy take the box out of the display case and everything. I went for a similar cannon fs-100 instead, because it came with a two battery and camera bag bundle. For the price the samsung sc is a great deal. Like my cannon, its not an hd camera, but having a optical zoom vs a digital zoom makes a huge difference. When I have to zoom in on something, my standard definition camera looks better than a hd camera using digital zoom. Its all about the lens.

So I like how this person explained nothing more than what is obvious to anyone that can read and push buttons.
Why would a “techie” consider this a viable option? For what purpose does this camera serve for what sort of individual? Runtime? Resolution? Weight? Sorry but this review sucks.
